    Beautiful poems of overcoming PTSD and military sexual trauma to rediscover potential. These poems beautifully demonstrate the strength, and resilience into healing and hope. Thank you for producing this book! My favorite lines which inspire me are:
    Fong (2021) “It is never to late to step into your power. To embrace yourself. To be you and the best version of you.” (p.50)

    Loved this book beautiful Poems!

    This book really depicts some of the trials and tribulations that come with living with PTSD, yet it’s beautiful in the way that showcases the ever evolving growth, strength, and resilience.
    My favourite poem is Warrior.
    That one really resonated with me.
    A very poetic book you will love.
